Job summary

Towne Park LLC seeks a Guest Service Associate at our Downtown Austin location to provide exceptional hospitality, parking management, and luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests.

You will greet guests, assist with directions, handle luggage, and help guests while maintaining safety and a friendly, professional demeanor. The role requires customer-service focus, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license; shift is overnight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: reading/writing standard English and basic arithmetic as needed for payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with luggage and vehicle parking.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates, issue claim checks, and maintain accurate ticket and vehicle information.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to ensure a positive guest experience in alignment with Towne Park standards.
