Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Downtown Austin to deliver exceptional hospitality at several hotel properties including Aloft Element Austin, JW Marriott Austin, Westin Austin Hotel, and more. The role focuses on safe, friendly valet service and guest assistance during arrival and departure.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 1 month of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license within commuting distance of the state.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money and time formats.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, information on local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests on arrival.
