Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate at our Austin location. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide information about local amenities and hotel services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills include reading/writing English, basic math, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, guest folios, and vehicle locations in the system.
