Job summary

Towne Park in Austin, TX seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during guest arrivals and departures. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and share directions and local amenities with guests.

The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient service mindset with accurate ticketing and revenue handling. Shifts run Fri–Sun with start times of 7:00am, 3:00pm or 11:00pm depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor and provide attentive service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist guests with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival and manage ticketing accurately.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries, including local amenities.
