Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide local information in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and up to one month of related experience. The position offers a daytime schedule with potential shift variations and opportunities within

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Ability to read and write standard English; basic math and time concepts; understand rates and time systems; operate a manual transmission is desirable.

Responsibilities

Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
Greet guests and practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage, and open doors.
Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; share area information and amenities.
Explain parking rates and manage keys and ticket information; handle revenue when needed.
Complete all duties with accuracy and maintain overall efficiency.
