Job summary
Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles with care and efficiency. You will assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure and provide directions, reservations, and local information to enhance the guest experience.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and English literacy, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a prompt and safe manner; assist guests with luggage and related tasks.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; share information about facility amenities and local attractions.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys, and revenue as part of the valet process.
