Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage and provide friendly, efficient service during arrival and departure.

Eligibility requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license within your commuting state, and at least one month of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer and personal services principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide information about facility amenities.
• Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested; shuttle guests as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manage ticket information and revenue as needed.
