Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will manage vehicle parking and retrieval, assist with luggage, and guide guests with local information in a prompt, safe, and friendly manner.

The role emphasizes attentive customer service, accurate ticketing, and adherence to Towne Park procedures. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required, with scheduling that may include AM/PM shifts.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English; basic math and time-telling abilities; understand rates and money handling; ability to operate a manual transmission; parking skills.

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
