Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

You will greet guests, explain rates, issue tickets, and handle keys and folios with accuracy, contributing to a safe and friendly experience.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and clear English communication; weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization. Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money. Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems. Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed. Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable. Perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use last names in interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issue and collect keys and tickets.
• Accurately record ticket information and revenue as applicable.
