Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our parking and valet locations. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and park/retrieve vehicles with care and efficiency.

Standard shifts vary from 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm. A valid driver's license is required; high school diploma or GED is expected. Benefits include insurance options and a 401(k) plan where applicable.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Required Licensure: Valid driver's license where you will work or within commutable distance.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English; comprehend instructions; present information to guests and employees; basic arithmetic and timekeeping.

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; informs guests about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities; delivers messages and guest items as requested.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; handles ticket information, keys and claim checks; collects revenue when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports a safe, clean guest environment.
