Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality and assist with parking, luggage, and guest services. You will greet guests, manage vehicle arrivals and departures, and help with directions and local information.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and friendly interaction with guests and staff. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and use guests' last names.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, driving slowly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide bell services when needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and manage tickets and keys.
