Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking, luggage handling and related services at our location. You will greet guests, manage vehicle retrieval, and support bell services while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor throughout interactions.

Offered duties include explaining parking rates, assisting with directions and inquiries, and ensuring accurate ticketing and guest folios.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them within five feet.
• Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely.
• Help guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue and collect tickets and keys, and maintain accurate ticket information.
