Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate who delivers exceptional hospitality by greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures.

You will maintain a friendly, safe and efficient demeanor, follow Towne Park procedures, and help guests with directions, reservations and facility amenities. A valid driver's license, basic math skills, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the applying state or within commuting distance.
• Work experience: 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles; assists with bell services and luggage storage.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Keeps ticket information, key tags, guest folios, and revenue calculations accurate.
• Provides directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
