Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage and provide friendly service during arrival and departure in a fast-paced environment.

Must have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and be available for AM/PM shifts across seven days. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for your state.
• One month of related experience or training or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage and shuttle where applicable.
• Explain rates, collect keys and tickets, and manage guest folios.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Maintain professional, courteous demeanor at all times.
