Job summary

Towne Park LLC seeks a Guest Service Associate in Burlington, VT to provide attentive hospitality, park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and answer questions. The role requires a friendly demeanor, safety awareness, and clear communication across AM/PM/Overnight shifts.

The position offers base pay of $14-$20 per hour plus tips, with an average earnings range of $20-$25 per hour and a $300 sign-on bonus. Benefits eligibility varies by role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; understand instructions; communicate clearly; operate basic math and ticketing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; processes tickets and key tags accurately; handles revenue as needed.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provides local information and hotel amenities.
• Engages in safe and efficient guest service during AM/PM/Overnight shifts.
