Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to warmly welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include explaining rates, handling tickets, and providing local information while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction. The role operates in shifts to cover a 24/7 schedule and offers opportunities to earn tips in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or commuting distance per state rules.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and courtesy.
• Strong English reading/writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional, friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue/collect tickets and keys.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and facilities.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, vehicle logs and revenue when applicable.
