Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within commuting distance from the state.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skills: Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Skills: Ability to effectively present information to guests and colleagues.
• Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand time systems.
• Skills: Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.
• Skills: Perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests and use their last names during interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe manner and assist with luggage when needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Record ticket information and process cash revenue as required.
• Shuttle guests to appropriate locations per location guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy of key tags and folios.
