Job summary

The Towne Park Guest Service Associate delivers exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will assist with vehicle parking, luggage handling and delivering a friendly, efficient experience for every guest.

Position is part-time (Mon–Fri, 16–24 hours/week). Base hourly pay starts at $16.80 plus tips; benefits are available for eligible roles. Training and opportunities for growth are offered by Towne Park.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide friendly and attentive guest service.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to greet guests and use proper Towne Park phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
