Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required or within commutable distance from the state.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Greet guests and use guests’ last names in interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates, manage keys, tickets, and revenue as needed.
