Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Tulsa, OK to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests. Duties include greeting guests, delivering and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage and service requests.

Responsibilities emphasize a friendly, professional demeanor, accurate ticketing, and courteous guest interactions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• Work experience: Minimum one month of related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Customer service principles and processes; English reading/writing; basic numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly manner, including the use of guest last names and the salutation of the day.
• Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette and remain present in designated areas when not completing tasks.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, driving slowly and cautiously while using the bell service and luggage storage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxi and reservation requests, and provide information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities upon request and shuttle guests to approved locations.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys, and collect claim checks before issuing keys.
• Maintain detailed ticket information (key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, claim check receipt) for all vehicles in the valet system.
• Perform revenue calculations and collect payments when required.
