Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, efficient manner. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience or training. Weekend availability is required for this part-time position; benefits eligibility may vary by role and hours worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowleges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor; uses guest last names.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manages keys and tickets in the valet system.
