Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and providing attentive service at arrival and departure.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet using a professional demeanor and last name usage.
• Assist with bell services and luggage storage, including opening doors for guests.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions; shuttle as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys and collect payments.
• Handle all functions with accuracy and complete ticket information and revenue logs.
