Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, assist guests with luggage, and support arrival and departure experiences.

Responsibilities emphasize courteous interactions, accurate ticketing, and helpful information about the facility and local attractions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand time formats.
• Ability to park vehicles, including parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly hospitality to guests.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services.
• Answer questions and provide directions and local information.
