Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or within a commutable distance.
• One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Answer questions, provide directions and information about outlets, meeting rooms and area attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage tickets and keys in the valet system.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers at all times.
