Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality, greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrivals and departures. You will follow Towne Park etiquette and safety procedures while providing timely service.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read and write English. Flexible schedule with full-time/part-time shifts, including weekends, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure as applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and manage tickets and claim checks.
• Complete tasks with accuracy and maintain guest folios and receipts.
