Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge guests within five feet.
• Answer phone calls with proper Towne Park etiquette and direct guests as needed.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with bell services and luggage storage as required.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks and manage tickets.
