Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles with care. The role requires friendly interaction, luggage assistance, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time schedule of 16-20 hours per week, including Monday through Sunday. The position emphasizes safety, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the location team in San Diego, California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and related tasks as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests on arrival.
• Maintain accurate ticket and key tag records for valet operations.
• Handle cash and revenue collection when required.
