Towne Park, LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while managing vehicle parking, retrieval, and guest assistance. The role emphasizes safety, friendliness, and efficiency at the front lines of our airport, hotel, and venue locations.

The position involves handling guest luggage, answering inquiries, and processing tickets and payments with accuracy. A valid driver's license and basic math skills are required, with full-time, on-site shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license within commuting distance.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Basic math and cash handling.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Provide information about local attractions and facility amenities.
• Accurately manage tickets, keys, folios and revenue as required.
