Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance to guests with a friendly, attentive approach. The role involves parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely and supporting guests with luggage as needed during arrival and departure.

The position is scheduled AM/PM, with benefits available for eligible employees. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required, with prior customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
