Qualifications

• Comfort with handling luggage and guiding guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup as applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain professional demeanor and accurate ticket and key tag records.
