Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and meeting spaces.
• Process tickets, payments, and convey parking rates to guests.
