Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Ridgewood, NJ to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and providing concierge services.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and about one month of related experience or training. The role follows a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule with benefits and opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license to work within commuting distance where applicable.
• One month of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write in English and communicate clearly.
• Ability to present information to guests and colleagues.
• Ability to perform basic math operations using money.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor at all times.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently for guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests and manage keys and tickets.
