Towne Park LLC in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage support with a friendly, attentive manner.

You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and provide directions and local information. The role requires good English, basic math, and a valid driver's license; driving a manual transmission is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Formación

• Customer service principles and personal service.
• Ability to read/write standard English and follow simple instructions.
• Basic math, currency calculations and time concepts (24h time).
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and coworkers.
• Knowledge of parking procedures and vehicle handling.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, local information and shuttle or transportation assistance when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and maintain ticketing details.
