Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services, parking vehicles safely, and assist guests with luggage at our Las Vegas location. You will greet guests, provide directions, and help with taxis and reservations while maintaining accurate ticketing and key control.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions with guests and colleagues; it may include driving duties and adherence to Towne Park procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance from the state of employment.
• One month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage ticketing, keys, and revenue collection as required.
