Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and guiding guests to local amenities.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling luggage, and providing accurate information. The role requires a friendly, professional attitude and adherence to Towne Park’s service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required or within commutable distance.
• One month related experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with arrival and departure tasks.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi referrals, and information about local amenities and venues.
• Explain parking rates and collect/verify tickets and keys.
• Ensure accurate ticketing and support guest service operations.
