Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Dallas to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and answering inquiries. You will greet guests, maintain professionalism, and support guests with directions and transportation needs.

Hourly pay starts at $9 with cash tips daily, and benefits such as accident and critical illness insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k are available. Shifts vary across 7:00am-2:00am windows.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing in English.
• Understanding and following simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Writing simple correspondence.
• Presenting information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings to guests and staff.
• Performing basic math with dollars and times.
• Understanding 24-hour and military time systems.
• Understanding rates for time elapsed.
• Manual transmission is desirable.
• Parallel parking ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests by surname and provide courteous service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and manage keys, tickets, and revenue accurately.
