Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Dallas, TX. You will provide hospitality, park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and inquiries during the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift, Monday through Wednesday.

The position emphasizes a friendly demeanor, punctuality, and attention to safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment at our Towne Park location.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license or access within commuting distance.
• Experience: One month related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer service.
• Skills: Read/write English; basic math; time concepts; parking operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and assist with directions and inquiries.
