Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Dallas to deliver hospitality with a friendly, attentive approach. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read, write and communicate in English. The schedule runs Monday to Wednesday nights, with a target for safe, courteous service and accurate handling of keys and tickets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Answer inquiries and offer information about local amenities and directions.
• Operate ticketing and key-handling procedures accurately.
