Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide warm, attentive hospitality and to park and retrieve guest vehicles safely during arrivals and departures. You will assist guests with luggage and deliver an efficient experience at the Dallas location.

Responsibilities include confirming parking rates, processing tickets, and helping guests with directions and local information. A valid driver’s license and basic English skills are required, with the shift schedule Fri–Sun

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills include reading/writing English and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and assist with cash handling as needed.
