Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park in Dallas provides exceptional hospitality by assisting guests with vehicle handling, luggage, and information services. You will maintain a friendly, efficient presence and support guests during arrival and departure.

Shifts run from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am, with mid-shift variations based on resort volumes. Seasonal roles do not include standard benefits, but offer competitive hourly pay and tips.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write English and understand instructions.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests within five feet using a professional, friendly approach and address by last name.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities.
