Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and offering local information. You will greet guests warmly, manage keys and tickets, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves multiple shifts (AM/PM) and requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 month of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you’re applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, attentive approach.
• Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure where applicable.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and manage vehicle keys and claim checks accurately.
• Maintain professional demeanor and deliver consistent service quality.
