Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and accurate ticket handling.

The position requires strong English communication, basic math, and a valid driver's license. The schedule typically includes daytime and evening shifts with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state or within a commutable distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and friendliness toward guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and drives slowly.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Complete ticket information and revenue collection accurately.
