Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while managing parking operations and guest needs. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure safety and efficiency in vehicle handling throughout the shift.

Expected duties include explaining parking procedures, handling payments or tickets, and maintaining a friendly demeanor with customers and teammates. The role emphasizes reliable service and attentiveness in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees.
• Ability to perform basic math including making change and calculating rates.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage where applicable during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests, and manage ticket information and receipts.
