Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality during guest arrival and departure. You will assist with parking, luggage handling and shuttle services while maintaining safety and a friendly demeanor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. Towne Park offers a 401k plan, accident/critical illness/hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old; pass background and drug screen.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English; basic math; communicate with guests; understand time systems; operate a manual transmission (desirable); parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional demeanor.
• Assist with parking, vehicle retrieval, and luggage handling.
• Provide directions, arrange taxis/reservations, and share local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve procedures; issue and collect claim checks.
