Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC delivers exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive and efficient manner. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, and assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or within a commutable distance).
• One month related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer and personal services.
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills; ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests and use guest last names; practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage tickets, keys, and revenue as needed.
• Carry out all other duties to complete 100% of responsibilities.
