Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license
• 1 month related experience or equivalent training
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests
• Process tickets, keys, and revenue collection for vehicles
