Job summary
The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park, LLC. will deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and guiding guests to local amenities. You will engage with guests in a friendly, efficient manner and support hotel operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license within commuting distance.
- One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to read/write English and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, guiding guests as needed.
- Assist guests with luggage and bell services when applicable.
- Open vehicle and hotel doors and provide directions or information.
- Handle guest inquiries and relay messages or amenities information.
