Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage and provide friendly service during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes clear communication, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Work schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with benefits including insurance options and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic math operations for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely for guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets and revenue as required.
