Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Valet Driver for the Hollywood Casino at The Meadows. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a safe and efficient experience in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, English communication, and the ability to maneuver various vehicle makes and models, including navigating stairs and levels as needed. Local policies and procedures govern daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Driver's License with no careless motor vehicle accidents and no moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• Ability to drive all makes and models of motor vehicles.
• Must have effective verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs in order to park and retrieve vehicles as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Greets arriving and departing guests.
• Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures.
• Promptly reports any incidents to supervisor.
