The role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality or parking operations setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and time‑keeping records, clocking in/out for shifts and reporting tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service, handle inquiries professionally, and support team colleagues.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and groomed before clocking in.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
• Perform other tasks to support operational goals as needed.
